Here’s how this will work : We are taking pre-orders before we start the incubation process. When we have sufficient numbers we will pop the required eggs into our incubator, plus some extras. By pre-ordering you are guaranteed first pick of ducklings. This ensures we put enough eggs into the incubator also. If you don’t wish to pre-order that is ok, but please note that we may not have sufficient amount of ducklings for sale when they hatch.
A minimum of 3 ducklings per order is required. 3 is a good number, just in case something happens to one baby then the duckling will still have company. Ducks are also flock animals and require the company of other duck friends.
$90 deposit is required for a minimum of 3 ducklings.
All ducklings will cost $30 each. Extra payment will be required upon pick up if you have requested more than 3 ducklings.
It will take 28 days approximately once we begin the incubating process for baby chicks to hatch. We may allow 1-2 weeks before we begin incubation after pre-orders open.
Conditions of sale:
- You will need to show proof of brooder setup before pickup. Learn more on our duckling care page.
- You will need to ensure you have adequate predator and weather proof housing for when they are older.
- We will notify you when we being the incubation process. Your ducklings will be available approximately 28 days later.
- We can not guarantee you will get the exact amount of ducklings as requested.
- We can not guarantee all ducklings hatched will be standard buff colour. We expect some blondes and brown buffs when hatching.
- We will only refund your deposit if after hatching we not not have at least 3 ducklings to give you. No refunds for change of mind or failure to pick up.
- Ducklings must be picked up within 1 week of hatching.
- Pickup from Shoalhaven Heads NSW only. We do not ship, deliver or use pet transportation.
- All ducklings are sold unsexed.
- We will not take back any unwanted ducks or drakes.
