We use Australia Post to deliver all our items within Australia only. Please choose from the available options which include both regular post, express post and signature on delivery when checking out.

After adding items to your cart you can calculate how much shipping will cost. Please ensure you enter both your suburb and postcode so that all available options will show.

Tracking number will be emailed once your order is completed. Your delivery can be tracked at: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/

Free local pick up is also available from Shoalhaven Heads, NSW. We will contact you when your order is completed and ready to be picked up. Please note that we do not have a shop front and items are to be picked up from my home front door at an appointed time.


Christmas Holiday Closure

We may be closed over the holiday period. Check back here for more up to date closure times. You may order during this time but your items will not be personalised, designed or posted until we return.


Custom Designs & Processing

Please allow us to customise and create your design before posting a proof out to you for approval. Then allow additional time for printing and the dispatch of your item.


Printing & Processing Time Frame

All items are printed and handmade here in-house at Shoalhaven Heads, NSW Australia. Below is the approximate time to design, print, create and dispatch your items. Some items such as resin products require additional time to allow for drying.

Art Prints : 4-7 business days approximately before dispatch.

Printed ID Tags
: 4-7 business days approximately before dispatch.

Resin Tags: 7-10 business days approximately before dispatch.

Resin Memorial Items: 7-14 days once I have received your pets inclusions.

If you are ordering for a special occasion please order in advance to ensure your item arrives on time. Our processing times may change during busy periods.


Postage Time Estimates

Most items take 3-7 business days to be delivered within Australia, depending on your location. We aim to have all of our products dispatched and delivered to you within 14 days or less. Canvas prints however may take longer due to printing being outsourced by a local printing company. Please allow additional time when there may be delays due to Covid-19, or during peak season such as Christmas or public holidays.

International Customers:

Sorry we do not ship our prints overseas. This is due to the risk of them being damaged, the time it takes to be delivered, and the high costs involved. Good news is that we do offer digital (Print Yourself) items for our customers who live outside Australia.


Print Yourself / Digital Files

Your finished art for print will generally be emailed in PDF format to the email address supplied when placing your order.

If the file size is too big to email we will upload your files to a private google drive which only myself and the buyer will have access to. We will email the link to download the files via a note from our website. Files may be compressed into a zip file.

Please check your spam folder if you are waiting on files or emails from us, as sometimes our emails may get lost and sent to spam.

If a design proof is included we generally will allow 24 hours to hear back of any changes before emailing you the finished artwork.


My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address and the fault was from our end, we can send you a replacement order.
